Returns
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on all jewellery including earrings, necklaces and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if an item is faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Email refiloe@reflings.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns on made-to-order items if the wrong size was selected or you have changed your mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty and must be refunded, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return or received evidence of the damage and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
